Born in Portsmouth Ohio, Fred began playing music and singing at a early age.

With the influences of his late father, Fred Spencer Sr., Fred has worked with Jack Greene on the Grand Ole Opry .
He was also the bass player & band leader for Stella Parton (Dolly’s younger sister)
Now Fred enjoys playing and singing for Jesus. It’s something he feels And loves.  

Gospel music is a big part of his life. Fred’s Heart is always been in Ministry .
